Lady quit changing your story. The manager is wrong because the customer is always right. If there is a problem with the label that’s not the customers’ fault or responsibility they have to sell it to her for that price. I’ve worked retail for years and seen people take stickers off one item and place on other hundreds of times! If we honored the price every time someone switched a price sticker we’d go out of business. Funny how she said she has gotten 17 items before that were priced wrong.

She can’t make him sale it to her at that price so she should’ve just left. Argumentative people need to find something productive to do.
